Job: Guest Experience Manager at Ginosi Apartels Company

  • Be available on-call as a location contact and show up 24/7 upon request.
  • Be well aware of company/building policies, procedures, and software and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
  • Perform guest check-in/out, answer phone calls, respond to guest and Headquarters requests.
  • Perform key management follow-up, including storage and inventory.
  • Conduct audit of the units/storage areas/common areas. Report discrepancies/malfunctions via company software.
  • Restock/replace missing/damaged supplies and inventory, inspect and verify readiness of the unit after cleaning.
  • Ensure task completion and update software accordingly.
  • Remove prepared trash bags and dirty laundry bags to dedicated areas.
  • Manage laundry operations.
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are functioning properly.
  • Actively participate in unit setup and move-outs.
  • Report any information which may affect company business (site construction, competitor information, new building rules, etc.) as well as any guest/staff/apartment/software issues to direct manager daily.
  • Ensure that building rules are being followed by the guests.
  • Take over the OM responsibilities upon upper management request or as assigned by the OM while they are on vacation, days off or emergency leave.
  • Perform cleaning and other duties in emergencies or in case of staff shortage.
  • Perform maintenance work (ex. A/C, WiFi/TV troubleshooting, changing lamps, hanging picture frames, installing/repairing locks, etc.). Ensure equipment and facilities in the units/building function properly.
