Legelata CJSC is looking for a candidate for the position of Associate Lawyer. The candidate should be aware of the Company's activities and the main fields of its specialization.

Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to companies on the commercial, labor, corporate and tax law;
- Draft relevant documentation, modify, analyze and execute contracts;
- Advise on legal issues of interpretation and assist in any contract related disputes/ claims resolution process;
- Draft statements of claim and applications to domestic courts;
- Represent the interests of clients in the court;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

RequiredQualifications
- Possession of a license of advocate's activity;
- Bachelor's degree in Law; master's degree is preferable;
- Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contractual documents, implementing and administering contracts;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages, including drafting capacity;
- Teamwork and time management skills.
