Responsibilities

  • Prepare, classify and elaborate administrative documents
  • Plan, classify priorities based on department purposes
  • Handle customs clearance documentation
  • Creates purchase orders in accordance with Company procedures
  • Prepare and update reports
  • Chase purchase orders and ensure delivery dates are correct
  • Effectively communicate with team members and suppliers
  • Assist legal department in contracting issues

RequiredQualifications

  • Higher education in Economics or Logistics
  • Experience in procurement is preferable
  • Fluent knowledge of Armenian and English languages, Russian is an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Details orientation
  • Driving license is preferable
