Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair computing and printing hardware and troubleshoot software issues;
- Install, configure, troubleshoot and resolve various hardware and software issues;
- Provide onsite or remote technical support services.
RequiredQualifications
- Good computer literacy;
- Knowledge and practice of Windows OS; basic knowledge of network administration; knowledge of Linux is a plus;
- Fluency in Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian is a must;
- 2 year of work experience in a relevant field is preferred;
- Excellent troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to work in a team and separately;
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies;
- Good communication skills
