Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate requests registration and resolution activities
- Register and resolve requests/incidents
- Send notification regarding the scheduled works
- Timely escalate requests/incidents to relevant specialists and managers
- Supervise the requests' resolution deadlines
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager
- Continuously increase his/her professional skills
RequiredQualifications
- Graduate degree
- Experience in relevant field is preferable
- Fluent in Armenian and English, good knowledge of Russian is a plus
- General knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Advanced computer user
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Reporting and analytical skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Hardworking, initiative and flexible personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Ability to prioritize and simultaneously perform different tasks
- Readiness to learn and get new knowledge
