Description
We are looking for a talented Scrum Master who will coach the team and protect them from external interference, foster proper communication and deal with impediments.
Responsibilities
-Guide the team and organization on how to use Scrum practices and values
-Organize and follow-up plannings, stand ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
-Work with the team to help them become self-organized organized and productive
-Guide the team on self organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum frameworks
-Keep the team focused within the context of the project vision and goals
-Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team, organization and coach them to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
-Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
-Build trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution or being judged with an emphasis of healing and problem solving
-Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
-Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
-Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
RequiredQualifications
-Bachelor's degree
-Equivalent experience as a Scrum Master
-Scrum Master certification will be a plus
-Good knowledge of English
-Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and -increasing transparency
-Excellent communication and mentoring skills
-Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology
