Role Title
Sales Manager - Corporate

Role Purpose
Main purpose of the Sales Manager's role is achieving profitability targets for corporate sales by managing key
drivers to revenues, implementing best sales practices, formulating Sales strategy and tactics, understanding
customer need, developing and negotiating creative needs based proposals for corporate customers. The role is
responsible to driving new to bank corporate business and ensuring competitive position of the bank in the market
by well understanding and anticipating market demands and trends.

Responsibilities
-Achieve profitability targets for corporate transactional banking and manage key drivers to
-revenues
- Target and acquire potential corporate customers
-Enhance relationship and transactional banking business with existing customers
-Identify customer needs through frequent meetings with potential customers
-Develop creative proposals for existing and potential corporate customers
-Develop sales strategy and tactics for corporate transactional banking
-Periodically conduct market researches and ensure the banks competitive position
-Coordinate sales activities and cooperation with other units of the bank
-Effectively introduce HSBC Wholesale Banking in business chambers, exhibitions and events

RequiredQualifications
-Higher education in business administration, finance or related fields
-Minimum 3 years of experience in banking (preferably wholesale banking) or financial sector
-Good knowledge of the wholesale banking sector of Armenia, including participants, products
-and services within transactional banking
-Proven track record of successful sales and relationship management with corporate
-customers
-Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
-Analytical and decision making skills
-Advanced written and verbal skills in Armenian, English and Russian
-Good team player
-Well organized, responsible and result-oriented personality
