Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, planning and management of sales, pricing and assortment policies, developing sales targets and ensuring their implementation.
Responsibilities
- Directly participate in the development of the Company's sales strategy;
- Take the necessary measures to increase sales;
- Conduct negotiations with customers, sign long-term contracts;
- Actively participate in the development of forecasts and draft plans for the sales of products, conduct studies on the products' demand, prospects for the development of sales markets;
- Develop and implement standards for the organization of storage, marketing and transportation of products.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Economics;
- At least 5 years of experience in sales in a managerial position;
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Russian language;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to make independent decisions;
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
- High sense of responsibility and punctuality;
- Availability of a driving license and own car.
