Responsibilities
- Work with existing and potential borrowers to identify their needs;
- Identify and collect appropriate documentation from each applicant;
- Implement processing and analysis of loan applications from customers;
- Analyze financial and credit information and complete loan underwriting processes;
- Occasionally perform monitoring of pledged properties;
- Participate in ongoing development of loan policies and procedures;
- Participate in project development;
- Regularly prepare reports on loan applications and portfolio for the Company's management review;
- Perform other job-related tasks, as required.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education, preferably degree in Economics or Finance;
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Armenian language; knowledge of English and Russian languages is preferable;
- Analytical thinking;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
