Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Designers, Copywriters, and Creative Directors to develop creative ideas
- Prepares concepts and presents designs to small and large groups for approval
- Communicates proactively and effectively to the team to keep projects on schedule
- Manages expectations well and meets deadlines for assigned projects
- Is a great collaborator who can articulate and present
- Ensures quality and accuracy by proofing own work, producing proof copies for review by others, and revising materials according to feedback on proofs
RequiredQualifications
- Advanced level proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. Candidates with demonstrated advanced experience with building interactive web banners in JavaScript will have a priority
- Ability to react to directional changes quickly and respond to constructive criticism positively
- Experience in designing digital banner ads and email designs
- Ability to organize, manage time, multitask, and prepare accurate files
- Demonstrate a leading sense of taste and style through your work
- 3-4 years’ experience as a designer
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in working with digital web banners
- Portfolio submission required
