Description
A Country Manager's job involves working to manage operations, develop businesses and increase profitability for a company in a specific country. Country Manager needs to have specialist skills and knowledge relating to this sector. You'll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. Responsibilities
-Manage all operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets
-Manage relationship with current local partners and develop new ones
-Cooperating with Marketing department to adapt the business model in a specific country to be culturally relevant without losing its identity
-Cultivate and develop high-level client relationships and leverage a highly consultative approach within the aligned region
-Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the aligned country
-Benchmark productivity of the project against industry standards and create measures to improve it
-Ensure location management team sets goals and objectives which remain focused on overall business strategies
-Agree annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan
-Synthesize weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development
-Work closely with all Departments to define Company's strategy in the country.
RequiredQualifications
-Bachelor's degree in economics, management or business
-Experience in managing commercial projects of at least 4 years
-Experience conceptualizing, planning, developing, and coordinating large-scale, complex projects
-Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
-Stress resistance
-Fluent in Russian, both written and spoken
-Ability to travel for 1 week per month
-Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
-Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
