Description
We are looking for a skilled frontend developer that takes pride in having extreme attention to details and understands how to marry aesthetics and usability. You should be passionate about creating great user experiences and always advocate for them. We are looking for people who lives in the intersection of design and coding. You enjoy turning conceptual ideas into sketches or wireframes using a visual editor but also love to bring those designs to the web using HTML, CSS, and some JavaScript.
Responsibilities
-Collect, Prioritize, & Analyze business requirements, end-user goals, and technical goals and translate them into technical/functional requirements, prototypes, user-flows, &/or mockups
-Recommend system changes/enhancements
-Support research, analysis and development of unscoped implementations
-Demonstrate empathy and care for end-users in work and thought
RequiredQualifications
-Strong UI/UX design sensibilities
-Deep understanding of CSS & HTML
-Experience with a graphic editor or wire-frame tool
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to work with a team of peers, understanding and respecting the responsibilities and expertise that developers, designers, QA folks, and others all bring to the project
