Responsibilities
- Analyzing markets and competition
- Proposing short, mid and long term strategy
- Developing and planning yearly and seasonal sales plans, ensuring ambitious sales growth goals are met in accordance with our business plan.
- Searching potential customers.
- Conducting commercial negotiations with customers and partners
- Implementation of receipt and processing of customer orders, issue of necessary documents
- Preparation of sales reports
- Maintenance of customer database
- Organization of sales trainings, recruitment of personnel
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the teamwork
- Cooperation with other managers
- Maintenance of the knowledge of the current product range and company services among the staff
RequiredQualifications
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales
- Higher education in a relevant field
- Knowledge of 1C program
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Highly customer and results driven, good commercial sense
- Sales-oriented and excellent negotiation skills
