Opera Suite Hotel is looking for a Responsible to manage all Food and Beverage (F&B) operations and deliver an excellent guest experience.
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards;
- Preserve excellent level of internal and external customer service;
- Design menus with Chef and continuously make necessary improvements;
- Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all their concerns;
- Train the personnel;
- Check the quality of deliveries of fresh food and baked goods;
- Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork;
- Comply with all health and safety regulations;
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity;
- Assist in planning regular and special event menu.
- Proven food and beverage management experience;
- Working knowledge of computer software programs;
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently;
- Communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets;
- Guest-oriented and service-minded person;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages.
