Responsibilities

• Collection and analysis of information about problem loans;
• Negotiations with problematic borrowers aiming to collect back problem loans;
• Supervision of processes related to the agreements obtained with problematic borrowers;
• Preparation of notices, indents and other documents addressed to  problematic borrowers and provision of their proper delivery and receipt;
• Organization and implementation of processes related to the lien and sales of pledged property;
• Collection and filing of all documents related to problem loans in compliance with Company’s operations, manuals and procedures;
• Representation of relevant recommendations regarding collection of problem loans;
• Implementation of other tasks regarding collection of problem loans;
• Checking the existence of property already pledged with Company preparation and presentation of reports;
• Implementation of other tasks assigned by General Director and Heads of Structural Departments.

 

RequiredQualifications

• Higher education in Economics or Law;
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
• Ability to deal with confidential documents and data;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of Banking/ Credit legislation;
• Computer literacy, working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of Armenian language, good written and oral knowledge of English language.
