Responsibilities
- Being first point of contact for CEO for business and personal queries and duties
- Booking travel and organising trip itineraries
- Handling IT and Maintenance queries
- General office administration
- Cash handling and record-keeping
- Providing support to other team members when required
- Organising events on the request of the leadership team
- Be in constant contact with your executive and be available at all times
RequiredQualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills English and Armenian languages. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a necessity as you will be primarily communicating with the executive in English
- Competency with handling cash
- Availability at all times as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multi task
- Professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to be very flexible and to re-prioritise near-term assignments
- Educated to degree level or equivalent vocational training/experience is desirable
- Female preferred
