Responsibilities

  • Being first point of contact for CEO for business and personal queries and duties 
  • Booking travel and organising trip itineraries
  • Handling IT and Maintenance queries
  • General office administration
  • Cash handling and record-keeping
  • Providing support to other team members when required
  • Organising events on the request of the leadership team
  • Be in constant contact with your executive and be available at all times

RequiredQualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills English and Armenian languages. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a necessity as you will be primarily communicating with the executive in English
  • Competency with handling cash
  • Availability at all times as required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multi task
  • Professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to be very flexible and to re-prioritise near-term assignments
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent vocational training/experience is desirable
  • Female preferred
