Takeda Austria GmbH Armenian RO is looking for a responsible and hardworking person to join its team as an Office Manager.
Responsibilities
- Organization of all Reception activities (receiving incoming calls, meeting of visitors);
- Maintain office employees' files, HR documents in accordance with the labour legislation;
- Maintain employees' database in the corporate systems;
- Organize Head of Representation office working agenda;
- Make trip arrangement for office employees;
- Organize, send and register correspondence;
- Work with courier services;
- Order goods for the office at the request of colleagues.
RequiredQualifications
- At least 1 year of administrative work experience;
- Higher education; legal or HR background is a plus;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Confident user of PC and office equipment (printer and scanner);
- Ability to work in Word and Excel;
- Ability to correctly prioritize tasks and clearly and quickly carry out assignments;
- High motivation;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Competent speech; knowledge of business etiquette;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Multitasking ability;
- Readiness to travel 1-2 times a year.
