Responsibilities

  • Conducting business correspondence with foreign and local partners
  • Planning and organization of shipments from Europe, China and Honk Kong
  • Preparation of detailed product descriptions for customs clearance
  • Making translations
  • Maintenance of calendar and keeping track of important dates, preparation of relevant documents and schedules
  • Sales and market analysis
  • Other duties as assigned

RequiredQualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Higher education in a relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages is a must! Knowledge of another foreign language will be a plus
  • Excellent time-management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Results-oriented personality
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 
  • Good knowledge of 1C program
