Responsibilities
- Lead/supervise the client support team and direct daily operations
- Work with regional managers towards improvements in Client Support (Develop, implement and improve policies and procedures)
- Organize trainings for staff to deliver a high standard of Client Support
- Handle complex client support issues
- Support team in developing sales strategies and setting sales targets
- Assist new team members with trainings
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Business Administration/ Management, Finance or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Team Leadership (supervisory positions)
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in Russian and English languages
- Excellent sales skills
- Strong client-facing , problem solving, and communication skills
- Confidence when dealing with difficult situations
- Advanced troubleshooting, organizational and planning skills
