Mamoor Restaurant is looking for a candidate for the position of Floor Manager.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily restaurant operations;
- Manage all shifts for restaurant operations and schedule all process;
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations;
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction;
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints;
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.

RequiredQualifications
- High school diploma; degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management or Hospitality Management is preferred;
- At least 2 years of work experience in restaurant management;
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations;
- Excellent communication and guest relation skills;
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Ability to work well in stressful and high-pressure situations;
- Managerial skills.
