Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell company services/offers to existing customers via phone using solid arguments,
- Provide information on services, games, bets and other products/services provided by the company,
- Carry out polls on products and services of the company,
- Engage new customers if needed,
- Perform other types of calls if needed.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education,
- Proficient in Armenian, knowledge of Russian and English languages will be an asset,
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) will be a big plus
- Effective sales and communication skills,
- Customer service oriented personality,
- High sense of responsibility.
