Responsibilities

 

  • Provide excellent customer support, identify customer needs
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face
  • Resolve any emerging problem
  • Coordinate Complaints: collect, register,  process and analyze
  • Cooperate with law department to answer customers’ queries, letters
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports

RequiredQualifications

  • Higher education, Degree in Law will be a big plus
  • Knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages, knowledge of English is a plus
  • Experience in relevant field is preferable
  • Customer orientation, ability to listen to others
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations
  • Readiness to learn new things, gaming products and services
  • Patience and problem-solving skill
  • Business writing and reporting skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Reliable personality
