Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support, identify customer needs
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face
- Resolve any emerging problem
- Coordinate Complaints: collect, register, process and analyze
- Cooperate with law department to answer customers’ queries, letters
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education, Degree in Law will be a big plus
- Knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages, knowledge of English is a plus
- Experience in relevant field is preferable
- Customer orientation, ability to listen to others
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations
- Readiness to learn new things, gaming products and services
- Patience and problem-solving skill
- Business writing and reporting skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Reliable personality
