Call Centre Specialist will be generally responsible for answering customers' enquiries.
- Obtain client information by answering incoming calls/ email/ chat and providing general information;
- Fix customer problems at first contact;
- Satisfy the customer by finding an appropriate and reliable solution to his/ her demand;
- Apply customer loyalty during the conversation, prioritizing customer's needs and requests;
- Make outbound calls as assigned and perform other job-retated duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Higher education;
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience;
- Service-oriented person; excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to speak clearly and succinctly to provide effective customer service;
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task efficiently;
- Good attention to details;
- Proven ability to solve problems and decision making skills;
- Spelling, grammar and email etiquette;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Armenian language, good written and spoken knowledge of English and Russian languages.
