Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of roaming services and loyalty programs development starting from new idea, financial estimations till commercial launch and post-analysis of results;
- Introduce new products by analyzing market and customer needs, determine product pricing by utilizing market and internal data;
- Provide source data for communications by defining product marketing communication objectives;
- Monitor and assess market for roaming services;
- Elaborate, realize and monitor marketing initiatives for increasing customer’s loyalty and retention;
- Analyze current commercial and marketing KPIs, adjust action plans and introduce new proposals to achieve targets.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or IT related fields;
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing/sales, product/project development;
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals;
- Project/product management skills;
- Communicative and open personality;
- Energetic and creative;
- Time management skills, ability to set priorities;
- Team working skills and cross-functional capabilities;
- Reporting, business writing and presentation skills;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
