Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone lines and receiving visitors;
- Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings;
- Develop and process all incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Draft letters and documents, collect and analyze information;
- Compile and prepare reports and presentations;
- Manage databases and filing systems.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education;
- Working experience in a relevant field is strongly preferred;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills, as well as ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks;
- High sense of responsibility, flexibility and commitment;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under time pressure;
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
