Responsibilities
- Provides administrative assistance to the Executive Director in the implementation of various programs and projects
- Negotiates with local and overseas companies
- Responds to telephone and written inquires, prepares correspondence
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned by the Executive Director
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Work experience in a similar or related position
- Ability to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, professional and friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a team
