Responsibilities
- Increase leisure client base and ensure repeat business through exceptional relationship-building, excellent follow-through, organization and self-motivation
- Provide all relevant leisure/wholesale account information to appropriate accounts
- Conduct hotel site inspection/tours to highlight what the hotel has to offer, explain what is offered in terms of amenities, guest rooms and suites, restaurants, bar, concierge, and other services
- Maintain and update all leisure/ wholesale contact lists and databases
- Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
- To be able to handle a high volume of incoming calls, prepare customer correspondence such as emails, proposals, open and distribute mail, make photocopies and etc.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, travel agents and have an enthusiastic desire to attain the highest levels of quality in all areas of the hotel
RequiredQualifications
- Fluent in Armenian, Russian and English Languages
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High sense of responsibility
