Thermorex CJSC is looking for a Customer Support Engineer who will provide comprehensive information and guidance to Company customers.

Responsibilities
- Study and analyze multiple customer inquiries on technical issues and provide comprehensive information and guidance;
- Work with technical team on finding solutions to variety of issues raised by customers;
- Do comprehensive research and analysis of information related to the field and provide corresponding reports.

RequiredQualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering (field of electromechanics and related);
- Written and verbal knowledge of English and Armenian languages;
- Good team work and problem solving skills;
- Good command of MS Office and internet research skills;
- Good data and information analysis skills.
