  • Keep abreast of all industry, compliance and regulatory developments;
  • Provide account management and support for clients;
  • Prospect to identify new opportunities to introduce EveryMatrix products and services;
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients;
  • Present new product upgrades and functionality to existing clients and ensure they have a solid understanding of the product development road map;
  • Maintain and keep all current pricing and commercials for production of agreements and offers;
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports to record activity and forecasts;
  • Negotiate opening new brands/websites for existent clients;
  • Attend all relevant expos, conferences & networking events where deemed necessary and keep up to date with all industry publications;
  • Identifying partners and agents to work with and identify opportunities to introduce EveryMatrix products and services to;
  • Work with clients in optimizing ROI across gaming products;
  • Collect, verify and rank clients’ non-technical and technical requirements for new product features and functions;
  • Manage in an efficient and timely manner all operational issues that impact on the smooth delivery of the service to clients;
  • Work with clients to ensure the continual improvement of all aspects of the service for all parties;
  • Assure the confidence of your customers and build long term relationships;
  • Act as an internal advocate for the client;
  • Generate ideas on the development of the platform and products, while also providing feedback for assisting in the continuous development of the service;
  • Conduct training sessions with new clients;
  • Review and analyze data in order to identify key usage trends;
  • Liaise with other departments such as integration management, support and finance to facilitate the business process.


Required skills and Experience:

  • Experience in iGaming, betting or gambling sector is nice to have;
  • Advanced English skills are a must;
  • Intelligent, organized, self-motivated & results driven whilst able to use own initiative;
  • Analytical thinking & detail oriented person with excellent data analysis and reporting skills coupled with being a team player;
  • Good technical understanding (technical mindset);
  • Able to adapt to a fast and changing environment;
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks;
  • Highly developed communication skills;
  • Flexible and sharp;
  • Fast learner;
  • Able to cope with stressful situations;
  • Highly developed social skills;
  • Able to work independently;
  • Good negotiation skills;
