Responsibilities

· Welcome guests when they arrive at the office,

· Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department,

· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable,

· Answer and forward incoming phone calls,

· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries,

· Manage all information with absolute confidentiality,

· Update calendars and schedule meetings,

· Arrange travel and accommodations,

· Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.

RequiredQualifications

· University degree,

· Fluent in Armenian and Russian, knowledge of other foreign language is a plus,

· Experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers),

· At least 1 year experience in administrative work,

· Solid written and verbal communication skills,

· Excellent organizational skills and sense of responsibility,

· Ability to work in a team,

· Ability to manage tasks in a timely and accurate manner,

· Proficient MS Office user.
