Responsibilities
- Be readily available for the teams and hotel guests, and work with the General Manager to ensure a high level of quality for all services
- Create a relationship with the guest throughout their stay, by being readily available and coming up with a solution to all their needs, thus gaining their loyalty
- Contribute to team spirit and openness and maintain a good working atmosphere
- Be aware of and involved in the hotel's local environment
- Oversee the quality of the hotel's services and performance through guest comments
- Participate in inter-hotel synergy, maintaining a good working relationship with the other Accor hotels in the market
- Assist the General Manager in administrative tasks and elements relating to staff management
- Organize and coordinate the transmission and writing of the department's information for GM
- Open the incoming post and organize agendas, answer and filter incoming calls, establish direct contact with GM and the outside world
- Assist GM by preparing their files
- Carry out varied tasks: writing letters and notes, organizing personal agendas, organizing seminars and internal events
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in the relevant field
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages, both oral and written
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Responsible, detail-minded
- Ability to work under pressure
- Result-oriented and goal-driven personality
- Ability of teamwork
