Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails, messages, etc.
- Management and resolve customer complaints
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Upsell/crossell products and services
RequiredQualifications
- Native or bilingual knowledge of Armenian and Russian
- Really advanced knowledge of English
- Enthusiastic, with efficient communication skills
- Quick problem solving skills with can-do attitude
- Well developed written communication skills
- Good speaking manners
- Enjoy negotiations and sales
- Flexibility to work by shifts (day and night shifts)
- Optimistic person with positive attitude towards life and Armenia
