Description
Margasoft Corp. is looking for a smart, energetic and creative individual to join our team as Customer Support and QA Specialist. You will work closely with our software development team to provide high quality customer support to our clients and participate in product manual testing.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES YOU SCHEDULED NIGHTSHIFT (20:00-24:00) WORKING.
Responsibilities
-Process incoming emails from clients in regards to products and issues
-Troubleshoot issues, provide solution or work-around to clients
-Escalate problems with team-members to deliver the fastest results with highest quality
-Organize, plan and execute conference calls involving different parties
-Send a meeting summary emails listing action items and other key aspects discussed
-Respond to urgent matters in a timely manner
-Test Company's solutions in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems
-On daily basis report testing results to team members by analyzing and highlighting problematic components for each product
RequiredQualifications
-Analytical thinking is a MUST
-Good problem-solving and communications skills
-Excellent English skills
-Excellent deductive reasoning skills, ability to recognize problems, gather facts and analyze information
-Bachelor's degree
-Knowledge of database scripting languages (SQL) is a plus
-Agile development/testing and software release experience is a plus
