- Analyze, develop, plan and implement digital transformation processes
- Forecast problems and find ways of elimination
- Ensure transformation process through interaction with cross-functional teams
- Forecast and track implemented initiatives
- Evaluate effectiveness of implemented initiatives

RequiredQualifications

- University degree
- At least 2 years of previous work experience in a relevant field
- Experience in a managerial position
- Knowledge of telco business

- Willingness and readiness to changes
- Reporting and business writing skills, excellent presentation skills
- Skills in dealing with huge dataflow and under hot time-frames
- Cooperation experience with internal and external clients

- Advanced computer skills
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
