- Analyze, develop, plan and implement digital transformation processes;
- Forecast problems and find ways of elimination;
- Ensure transformation process through interaction with cross-functional teams;
- Forecast and track implemented initiatives;
- Evaluate effectiveness of implemented initiatives.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree;
- At least 2 years of previous work experience in a relevant field;
- Experience in a managerial position;
- Knowledge of telco business;
- Staff management skills;
- Willingness and readiness to changes;
- Reporting and business writing skills, excellent presentation skills;
- Skills in dealing with huge dataflow and under hot time-frames;
- Cooperation experience with internal and external clients;
- Time management skills;
- Communicative and flexible personality;
- Organizational skills;
- Initiative and creative personality;
- Advanced computer skills;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
