Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns for Wine Industry
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Excellent organisational skills to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign, exhibitions and events results.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
RequiredQualifications
- Must be a confident communicator and presenter
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills/English, Russian/
- Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
- Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships
- Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
- Possess the ability to keep information confidential
- Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
