Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare vacancy announcements and continuously update, revise and edit them as necessary;
- Periodically publish vacancy announcements on relevant websites, spread them through the employment agencies, the media, career centers, etc;
- Schedule, organize and conduct interviews with the department managers, organize future stages of the competition, collect and provide information about the final selected personnel to HR Director and CEO;
- Manage recruitment database and maintain HR database;
- Prepare all formal HR documents such as Employment orders, Employee Contract, Amendment, etc. and ensure that all the prepared documents are align with the local Labor Code;
- Gather, compile and maintain HR-related information and prepare various lists, reports and documents;
- Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on Company internal and HR policies, procedures and documentation;
- Promote positive employee relations and be responsible for internal communications;
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the HR department;
- Other tasks related to HR domain
RequiredQualifications
- Graduate degree in Social Sciences (preferably in Sociology or Psychology)
- At least 2 years of work experience as an HR Assistant/Specialist;
- Knowledge of RA Labor Code;
- Knowledge of relevant human resource disciplines and practical experience in their application;
- Advanced PC user;
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Excellent time-management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, often simultaneously, flexibility;
- Adherence to higher working ethical standards (honesty, dedication, responsibility), innovative thinking, confidentiality and political neutrality.
