Description
Monitis is seeking a BI Developer for Monitis and TeamViewer projects.
Responsibilities
-Design, develop, and maintain the data warehouse and analytics architecture to meet business analysis and reporting needs
-Develop, test, improve and maintain ETL jobs and data flow scripts to fill data warehouse from production databases, cloud platforms and various external data sources
-Build fast and scalable data pipelines between databases, data warehouse and cloud platforms
-Contribute to development of data analytics and self-learning applications scaling to terabytes of data
RequiredQualifications
-A higher education degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration or a highly related subject
-Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in business intelligence
-Experience in RDBMS (preferably Postgres SQL). Knowledge of data modelling, normalization, denormalization, design of data warehouse and data marts
-Experience in extracting data from multiple sources (facebook, google analytics, twitter etc), knowledge of API's, web scraping
-Experience in software development (preferably Python and Java)
-Experience in AWS cloud solutions is a plus
-Experience in maintaining clustered Data Warehouses such as HAWQ or Greenplum is a plus
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present information clearly
-Fluent in English language
-Knowledge of German language is plus
